Providers must maintain consistent quality and are prohibited from discontinuing service while a dispute is under review

Operators are required to maintain a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with customers and keep a record of all complaint slips.

Providers must give at least one month’s notice to subscribers before any planned service disconnection.
